In order to prepare the report, we conduct a visual inspection of the house. The inspection process typically takes about one and a half to two hours to complete. This of course may vary, according to the size and condition of the home. Upon completion of the inspection we "walk through" the home with you pointing out our findings. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home. You'll also receive a full written report (It will be available under your sign-in) in a secure area of this web sight. We can also fax or mail the report.
